Easy to deal with, responsive in a timely manner, professional and courteous, the whole experience was very smooth from start to finish.
Kristopher was very professional but personal. He took on our concerns and was able to make sense of and communicate the complex aspects of our file with all parties involved.
Things were good. Only issue is that my payment and years on loan on the documents I signed and actual are different so instead of paying 1682 monthly foe 30 yrs now I will be paying 1734 for 28. Would have been better if all that was clearer...
