Jennifer was wonderful. She kept me informed every step of the way. Kayla did not answer phone calls and did not communicate well. overall experience was pleasant and would use NAF again.

The whole process took too long and what we had discussed when we started changed by the time we closed. I understand markets change but I was not made aware of any changes until I reached out and asked .
