Lyndsey was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. My only complaint is that the total time from quite to close was longer than I would have liked but that was mostly due to underwriter follow up.
He kept me informed of the options and progress all along the way.

Issue was lack of final numbers with Closing Disclosure. Initial CD was provided where we would be writing a check for 33.00. This CD was provided approximately week and half before closing. At closing i had to write a 796.00 check. Large surprise....
