The whole process was very stressful for me. It took 3 full months to get things done due to "COVID". He never reached out to me without me prompting the conversation. Questions I had took quite some time to be answered. Sometimes a week or...

I felt like the loan process was too long, 3 months to be exact. And because the loan process was so long, I had to send paperwork repeatedly throughout the process. My dissatisfaction is mostly from the length of the process.

Kept up with my loan even in these crazy times.

There was a glitch in the numbers, which was immediately corrected. This could be categorized, by some, as "not so great", but I give it 5 stars for response. Everything else was excellent.

Got a great interest rate.
