Rauan was easy to work with and very responsive to phone calls and emails. The process took awhile, but I think that's the case for everyone right now.

Mark was amazing he kept me well-informed on the progress of my loan . He was very personable, very knowledgeable and helped this experience go very smoothly and quickly for me!

Anna made the process smooth and easy in this stressful time.

Loyd explained the process and projected cost of my refinance. He is responsive and very helpful. Frankly, I was weighing various financial providers and my interaction with Loyd was a factor in my decision to use NAF.
