Mark did a very good job of giving adequate lead time on important documentation needed to keep the process going. Response time on questions or concerns was excellent. Overall a good experience.

Mark was easy to work with and kept in touch throughout the entire transaction

Honest communication with Ted would have been very helpful. The cost of the home at closing was much different than what he had prepared me for. When the home closing date approached he lied and said he had never mentioned that closing date....

Cody was always available to answer any questions throughout the refinance process. Everything stayed on schedule and went as planned. Cody helped make this a very smooth process. Would highly recommend!
