We enjoyed the entire refinance process and learned a lot. Lyndsey was very nice and regularly communicated with us throughout the process.

Our trust level with Sean tanked when he asked us to send information that contained sensitive information via email. We called him out on that. We should have realized the red flag and that was how the rest of the transaction would go, poorly,...
