Shelly was totally amazing , we just were not happy with the previous processor Jason I feel he had the loan delayed with no communication whatsoever but Shelly was amazing and the new loan proce was the ones who got this all done ..

We had a little trouble closing day with the balance, NAF stepped up and took care of the problem that day and allowed the process to be smooth.
