she was incredibly accommodating, courteous and it felt that she wanted us to do what was in our best interest whether that meant following through with NAF or not.

The mere fact that we went from ‘Hello’ on Aug 12 to closed with money in hand on Aug 18 is unheard of. Diana said she could potentially deliver our HELOC in two weeks and she beat that by a few days!!! What a pleasure!
