Jennifer made sure we knew every step of the loan process. She gave great advice , and was so helpful every step of the way. We are so happy we were lucky to have her as our loan officer .

I am lucky to have such awesome clients as well!

The main issues were that we were not informed that we were going to have to mail out the checks ourselves. As well as having to do all the research on where to mail them too. There were also multiple times that I called and left messages as...

He was amazing! Great customer service and walked me through the process. I was really nervous about taking on risk but he helped me out! All staff was amazing, and I am pleased!

The communication was horrible. Every time I spoke to Gillen it’s like something up would pop up. The Initial quote she gave us was $300-$400 less than what it actually came out to be. The home owners insurance she quoted us on our mortgage...

Very friendly and easy to work with

Staff are nice and helpful. Only thing is toward the end of the process the agent turned from not picking up my call but will call me back to almost never pick up or call back (I understand I'm not the only customer and I know not to abuse...

Customer service was exceptional, Steve Pinto helped at every step of of the process.

Zane was very proactive with the process I he was always responsive every time I inquired. He was so awesome

Not happy with the response time of your manager, loan processor and your underwriters. They could do a better service communicating with the borrowers. ANNA SOU WAS EXCEED HER SERVICES ABOVE AND BEYOND.
