Rate and term information initially presented was quick and subsequent update was good. I appreciated Rayan taking the extra step to ask for a decrease in discount points when the rate increased.

Jennifer is very knowledgeable about her job and makes it an easy process. She is always kind and honest, she is great and she single handedly make our experience GREAT!!

Her communication after hours and her ability to break down what we needed was amazing!!
