My first go round as in the loan for home I bought was passed around different levels of employees. Communication gets lost. Start over new person. Jose was the best he almost always answered. Sergio no clue

Jeff never gave up cause we had a unique experience which would have probably made me quit halfway through but Jeff and the team were very helpful in helping us hang in there. We finally got to the finish line so tank you Jeff and team.

James made a very stressful situation a lot less stressful by explaining the process when necessary. There were a few hiccups during the process that were handled quickly so we were able to close on the expected date.
