The transaction started great, but went downhill quickly the last 2 weeks prior to closing. We were unaware of major verification issues going on until a few days prior to closing, causing major stress to the buyers and all parties involved....

Great info and correspondence from Bryce throughout the process. We met the deadline with the closing of the loan.
