William communicated with me and the client even when he was sick and having family that was sick. That is very hard to do, and I thank him for his diligence.

Simply put, William and team made the home buying process great, if not exceptional. So terribly glad I was connected to William. He has been personable and professional during this entire process.

He mislead all parties to believe that he had them fully preapproved when in fact he didn't. He waited until a week before closing to pull credit, creating a stressful 'fire alarm' situation as we approached closing that could have been handled...

I really appreciated the communication and everything closing on time .

7 days late on closing. communication was poor.

We experienced some challenges along the way but in the end the loan was completed and we made it to closing on time. During the hard times of the transaction William stayed accessible and that was much appreciated.

Great folks to work with. William did a great job of explaining everything as we had a lot of questions not being familiar with the process.
