Better communication, sometimes I could not get ahold of anyone and they took forever to reply. Also more accurate estimates on certain numbers would be nice.

Noting unpleasant specifically about Sergio as he was just looped in after my client's loan officer quit. But the entire experience witH NAFC was horrible. bare minimim communication - had to beg people to acknowledge us. My client was beyond...

This is the second time I have worked with Kristina. She was kind, professional, and very helpful. Any time I had a question, she would respond with quickly via text or give me a quick call. My refinance went smoothly with her guidance.

Better communication throuought the process. Have a better understanding of what is and isn't required with an FHA loan. Better understanding of what is able to be used as income when issuing a preapproval letter.

This is my 3rd Mortage through Kristina and she is the best. She can be reached anytime and always calls you back and makes you feel no better through whole process
