Probably if we were old white veterans. Maybe the service would have been better. The process was very slow. Sema Kaderi is a 5star loan officer. She is the only reason we continued the process.
Brad is a consummate professional. His communication was regular but not overbearing. He listened to my questions with patience and made sure he understood my concerns. I felt like he had my best interest in mind during the entire process.
