The process was smooth except for long wait for underwriting

Ashley was fantastic, as was Kevin. They were a great team and while the process was delayed due to the system being overwhelmed, they were always reachable and responsive when we had questions or needed further clarification on anything related...

Great communication and support throughout the process.
