Justin was very pleasant and helpful though the long process

Leonard responded quickly to all of my questions during the loan process. He went above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of Marcell and his quick responses to my questions and concerns. He kept me totally informed during the entire process. I am very pleased with the overall experience.

Omar Bretado was very helpful and honest with me and a very nice person to speak to and he made it very easy for the process of the loan I will let my family know if they are looking to buy or refinace Omar will be the person to call I already...

The lender did whatever was required for a typical refinance process and involved me as needed. I initiated the process. They communicated through email, phone and secure messages as needed.
