    No issues with Omar. The process took way too long when the refinance application started in July/August... and was finally able to loan approval in November. Wasn't clear on the exact cause of the delay being handled by the loan processor....

    There were a lot of delays in getting the mortgage completed. I also had to send in documents multiple times. Matt was a pleasure to work with and Jennifer was as well.
