    Hunter was wonderful. Always stayed on top of everything. We had a few bumps in the road and Hunter was always there to talk to us and explain what was going on. He is a wonderful person. I'm so glad he was our loan officer.

    Nadder was fantastic and always responded to my questions promptly. That was not always the case with everybody I worked with though. At times I was left without knowing what was happening, and had to provide some documents more than once....

    Communication with Marcell was NON-EXISTENT. We signed our papers for refinancing our home on June 28. We closed the loan on September 27. Three months!! All documents and the appraisal were completed by July 8. We went weeks without communication...
