Great communication.
Communication with our loan officer directly was lacking during sometimes during the document gathering process but overall the staff was helpful and it was great to get the deal closed.
He explained everything thoroughly and if I had a question, would always get back to me immediately. And if I had a problem with the numbers he would find the problem!
