Jordan was great. His respond time to answer question was top notch. I will definitely look forward to working with him in the future.

I only listed my experience as OK because the originally assigned loan office was let go in the middle of my transaction. I only had limited interaction with Caroline and that limited time was fine and I have no complaints.

Bailey was great to work with a second time. He took time to answer all of our questions and met our needs along the way. We are so happy to be working with him and New American. I'd recommend to any friends and family looking.
