Confusion regarding rates and when you could adjust rates down.

Communication throughout the process was truly phenomenal. I even had Jake's cell phone and could call him at any time (I did not abuse that privilege) day or night. He was prompt in responding to emails as well.

The interaction, the prompt response to emails sent. All my questions were addressed & answered with out delay. My overall experience was amazing.. Thank you for getting this done and all tge issues that needed resolution with the title company....

Unfortunately, I would not refer any of my clients to do business with New American Funding. I was hands down the worst experience of a lending transaction I have ever experienced. The lack of communication from the processor and empty promises....

She made the home loan experience worry free. She’s a very professional, kind person

Sean not only kept my Buyer informed but he responded to me just as fast.

There was a big problem with getting the appraisal from the appraiser. When the appraisal was received we had to push the closing out several times due to the appraisers notes.
