He was always there for any questions I had and whenever there were any updates he was quick to give it to me. He wad very friendly and just did everything he could to make this experience as easy as possible.

Bien always made himself available for any and all questions and concerns. In my opinion, he went above and beyond, and even when he was undergoing serious health concerns he still reached out to us returning phone calls and answering our questions....
