Applying for, and being approved for a cash-out mortgage was a momentous event, and Paul and Jacqueline worked hard to make it happen. They were at all times encouraging and helpful. This funding will make my life easier, and I'm grateful.

From day 1, Mobin vowed to help me out of a financial crisis. He and Leanne helped me out tremendously and found a way for me to refinance when multiple loan providers denied me. I highly recommend New American Funding!

I felt Philippe was sensitive to my reasons for refinancing and that he cared. Everything went along smoothly and he was there whenever I had a question or concern.

Very communicative & helpful

No communication, will not respond, has no clue what is going on. Took off work without finishing job on closing day. Worst experience I’ve ever had. I have a lot more complaints but don’t have time to address them
