If i could have closed on the day i was supposed to without sitting there for 6 hours just to be told it would hopefully be the next day for the funds to be released after signing papers

He was always available and always answered me or returned calls promptly. We have in-house mortgage so I can't refer to him very often.

We had 6k total funds locked up in closing for the earnest money deposit because NAF underwriting doesn't know how to follow AML guidelines in paper-trailing money. I work for a bank and have to take AML training yearly. I had proper documentation...
