Zain could have called me back. I spent the last 2.5 weeks calling several times a day, leaving messages. With no response. End up getting ahold of his supervisor who honestly wasn't any help. He had no idea what was going on nor did he try...

Very good communication, making sure that I knew what's going on and what's next. I felt a lot less stressed that I would've otherwise.

It not take over 5 1/2 to sign because of some plumbing paperwork problem whatever else it was a absolute nightmare
