I t had nothing to do with Brent or the processor but I was almost unable to close because the closing documents didn’t come through until after the title company closed, lucky the title company stayed open, but it was nearly a disaster.

My loan officer and processor were on top of things. They were always available when I had questions and needed more information. They were very pleasant to deal with throughout the whole process.

Honestly, we never heard from Jonathan. Hunter was our original loan officer. When he was no longer with company Jonathan and Jem took over but we were only communicating with Jem. It was a very stressful transaction and closing was delayed...
