intial excellent communication on expectations dwindled down and the agreed lock-in rate was changed from 5.49% to 6.49% without prior notice. I consider the rate change very unfair

I would have given a higher rating but my payoffs to my creditors was not handled in the way I would have liked! Overnighting me the checks to send to my creditors delayed the payoffs to them and now I am waiting and hoping the paperchecks...
