to start with no one worked my loan for 41 days. After that it was hard to get direct answers or timely responses. and no one wanted to take accountability for the delay on your companies side i just kept getting same reponse that almost there....

Naomi was super nice and very warm from the start, available regardless of when I contacted her even when I didn't expect that, and she drove the bus to the finish line. Super grateful for Naomi and I'll work with her again.

The whole process was a nightmare. Could never get anyone on the phone, left voicemails and no response- changed LO 3 times. As far as I know, someone is still working on a pre-approval for me and I am already under contract with another lender....
