Not blaming my first time home buyer, delivering ACCURATE documents on time and not at the last minute

There were a few times in the transaction where both I and the Buyer reached out and didn't hear anything back. This was frustrating and also Buyer was reaching out to me the night before closing as she was uncertain what to bring to closing....
