Timeliness of communication could improve. There were a few time where I had to contact the Representative for an update or status. The lack of concern for timeliness ultimately delayed my closing date by over one month.
Everyone is friendly, very thorough, and precise.
Scott is very I formative and keeps us posted every step of the way and always answers and questions we have in a fast pace. Would definitely work with Scott and have referred people to him already.
