Michael was great but when trying to communicate with Kylie it was hit or miss and mostly miss. She is the only reason the experience was ok and not great.

Laura was incredibly responsive, patient-I had many panicked moments, she easily talked me off the ledge, knowledgeable, and made the daunting process of borrowing a large sum more …tolerable 🤣. 10/10 would recommend!!!
