The process seemed to take a very long time with lots of back and forth asking for additional items in a piecemeal manner. I have not ever had that experience with a Mortager before.

Chris did an outstanding job! My loan processor Shae Richardson couldn't of done a WORSE job and I wouldn't trust my financials in her hands ever again. Terrible business woman, employee, and communicator.
