Communication was phenomenal. Both contacts were available when I needed them. If one was not available the other was. Also, they didn’t hesitate to go to bat for me regarding the accessors assessment and what repairs were needed and not needed....

Huyen was very pleasant and helpful. With the exception of a change in staff which caused a small delay i was very pleased! Jason and Huyen picked up the ball and charged forward! Great experience. BUT I was some what disappointed that i fell...
