The step by step explanation and the fact that she was slways at the ready if we needed any questions answered. That girl is on top of her game for sure!!!
We cannot say enough about Erin and her team. We always got a live body on the phone and answered any question we had. These ladies literally held our hand and walked us through a very stressful process.
