It was a quick and smooth process with Diane she was quick to answer all my questions and gave me all the information I needed.
My experience was great. I loved working with Diane. She encouraged me to stay positive. Every time we spoke on the phone I could feel her positive energy. She was always happy. She kept her word and was right beside me all the way.
Kevin never picks up the phone, and there was not ample communication with Guild. Mysteriously, the week before closing my credit score dropped 50 points, and after promising better rates and an updated estimate, none of the paperwork was updated....
