Kevin never picks up the phone, and there was not ample communication with Guild. Mysteriously, the week before closing my credit score dropped 50 points, and after promising better rates and an updated estimate, none of the paperwork was updated....

We did not work with Melissa Martin. We worked with Rob Frey who was excellent. He was always professional prepared and available.
From start to finish we were kept apprised of the status of our loan. Being able to upload documents to the website was a plus as we do not have a fax machine and the mail may have delayed our loan processing.
