very responsive to emails and tried best to relax me throughout process . We did settle and new construction was pushed back twice. tried best to help me through finalization of divorce which complicated the process

Kevin and his team did and has always done a great job for us. He came highly recommended to us and would recommend him for new home or refinancing. Extremely responsive and got us the best rate that we could find.

He won't ever answer phone calls. The guy dipped into my credit reports way too many times, and magically, when he went to create my mortgage rate, my credit score went down 60 points, then magically, 3 days after closing, it went right back...
