Melinda and everyone else involved with the mortgage was very professional courteous and helpful through each step of the process. My wife and I were quite pleased with how smoothly and quickly everything went.
The whole team did and outstanding job. My only issue was that one of the appraisals was not accurate. I provided documentation but the appraiser would not change it. I feel that this is one area that consumers have no recourse.
As a single female and first-time homebuyer I felt clueless in the whole process. Ed was amazing to work with he answered all of my questions along the way. He did a great job explaining the process to me. He was calm patient and educated me....
