    Tosh would answer the phone regardless of what time or day I called. Nice to call a business/individual and not have it go to voice mail.

    Tosh and Jennifer were fine. The problem is with your possible survey answers. Nothing can make the loan process “great.” I was stuck with “good.” Our need for home loans does not come up very often, that makes them hard to compare or rate.
