    Too much time involved before approval. I was asked for same statements multiple times. My word did not mean anything everything had to be substantiated in paper.

    Tosh was always available for a question and had a quick answer. When there was a problem with the insurance during my closing, Tosh provided the most direct answer to fixing the problem.
