Sandi worked very hard during our loan process. There were some miscommunications along the way but she strove to rectify any missteps. Our loan scenario was not standard and she did everything she could to make it work.

There were a lot of issues that I felt like should have been foreseen. And it took a while for her to get back to us. I was just hoping for better communication. She did work hard to get things fixed and help us really push at the end though....
