Very unhelpful... Called 3-4 time over a course of 2 weeks trying to figure out why my mortgage went up a significant amount with no explanation. They said they'd look into it and call me back. I never received a call back even though they...

Mike made the process surprisingly easy. He was responsive throughout and kept us informed at each step of the process. I'm not sure we could have had a better experience. Hats off to Mike and everyone at the Longview branch--they were awesome...
