I appreciated the special touches Sandi and her staff added to our experience--from weekly status reports to a housewarming gift upon closing. She was conscious about our personal limits and desires for our mortgage as well throughout the process....

Sandi & Shannon we're great! They got us the house we wanted when we wanted and the closing costs were almost exactly what they quoted us in the beginning. Pretty pain free experience.

First month on auto pay, they screw up, and won’t wave the late fee. I regret not going with a different company. Thumbs down customer service.
