I appreciated the level of communication from the team (even though we had a misunderstanding on a new job). I also appreciated how hard the team worked to make sure we closed on time.
Reduced rfi rate from the commitment level when int rates declined. Did it w/out our asking for it.
Kevin was easy to work with and always very responsive. I also felt like he was looking out for me, making sure I got the best mortgage loan possible.
