I liked the personal attention and quick response to phone calls, texts and emails.
As a new home buyer, Michael provided me great education about the terms and the process.
Lack of communication. I had to reach out and get updates. Return emails and calls would take days to a week before we would hear back. Very poor communication. Everything else was good.
Kevin was great. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable. Very responsive. Gave options. Easy to work with. Got the job done. Answered all our questions.
