I can not believe how quickly Melanie got my refi loan pulled through. It was a breeze. She let me know my best options and stayed in touch every step of the way. Before I knew it I was signing papers and it was completed!
We had many questions during the buying experience. Jeff was always willing to sit down with us and go over everything until we understood. Jeff was always very pleasant and go over the answer as many times as needed.
Ms. Randich is always a pleasure to work with.
