Kim was transparent, knowledgeable, kind and constantly working on helping us close on our first home despite being out of the county for part of the process!
Kim was responsive and very informative. She was patient when we asked question and always made herself available.

had no idea what I was doing, and Kim explained every step of the process to me… Sometimes multiple times! She is knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. She made an onerous process doable.
