We were out of the area for more than half the time it took to process the loan and we were able to get the information we needed and we were able to enjoy our vacation. Everything was expained carefully.
Kim was transparent, knowledgeable, kind and constantly working on helping us close on our first home despite being out of the county for part of the process!
The process was done efficiently and seamlessly. Loan officers were engaging and friendly making it a much less stressful transaction.
